The International Institute for Social Entrepreneurship (IISE) will host our Social Entrepreneur’s Mastermind Retreat on the beach in Cape May, New Jersey. The goal of this mastermind retreat is to connect a group of mid-stage social entrepreneurs to share ideas, solve problems, and help each other grow over time. The retreat will be a launchpad for monthly group coaching with the mastermind group. This cohort will work together to achieve the financial, personal, and social goals of their social enterprises over time.

Value

This Master Mind Retreat offers in-person connection, ongoing group support from like-minded people, and expert guidance from a Biden-Harris Administration Sponsored Global Expert in Social Entrepreneurship.

Who are Social Entrepreneurs?

Social entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs that have a social mission that drives their organization, whether it is a nonprofit organization or a for-profit business.

Thursday August 15^th at 3p.m. to Sunday August 18^th at 3p.m.

Exact Location

The exact location is to be announced. The plan is to rent a beach house in Cape May, New Jersey and have a chef that prepares food for our retreat. This event is an intimate experience wherein we will live, work, dine, and enjoy a beautiful beach experience together as we strive to achieve our goals.  

Number of Participants

Between 4 and 8 social entrepreneurs will attend this retreat. Why is the number so small? Master Mind groups are intentionally small so that group members can cultivate a trusting and dedicated group of high achievers that strive to reach a dedicated financial goal in their businesses.

Included in Retreat

• Travel van for excursions including a sunset cruise and wine tasting and a tour of historic Cape May

• All-inclusive accommodations – food, beverages, and rooms

• Monthly group check-in Zoom calls and coworking sessions for the rest of 2024. We will meet for 1 hour monthly to check-in on our goals
